A) The answer is always “no I can’t”, but if you want it enough we can work together to make the changes that will have a positive and beneficial impact on your health and well being.
Q) Will you make me tell you things I don’t want to tell?
A) No, you have the assurance of a professional hypnotherapist registered with professional bodies that I operate in a totally confidential way. During the session you will only say what is necessary for the changes necessary for your health and well being to take place, it’s your subconscious mind that’s doing the work when you are in trance.
Q) Will I lose control?
A) No. You are in control at all times. The sensation of trance is like being in a very relaxed and carefree place but you remain alert to all that is going on around you at all times.
Q) I’ve seen hypnotists on you tube and the television and they make people do things and act silly then forget they’ve done them, how do I know you’re not going to do that?
A) The first thing to remember is that they are putting on a show for entertainment, it is worth remembering that ‘ALL HYPNOTHERAPY USES HYPNOSIS BUT NOT ALL HYPNOSIS IS HYPNOTHERAPY‘ I use Hypnosis professionally as an effective tool to allow you to access your subconscious mind and allow it to do the work (the therapy part) necessary for your health and well being.
Q) How many times do I have to be hypnotised for it to work?
A) The number of sessions required is very individual but Hypnotherapy is a short term effective therapy and if you are ready to make the changes necessary I would not expect to work with you more than 3 sessions at the most, and very many clients are perfectly happy with what they achieve after the first session.
